OUR SERVICES
One on One Strength and Power Training
This service is ideal for athletes and coaches that are looking for specific body composition and performance goals. Pay per session (roughly $15-20 per session if you attend 4 or more classes a week).
Monthly Membership
This service includes unlimited sessions per week, bi-monthly assessments that include photos and measurements, bi-monthly meal/macro guides. 3 or 6 month contract required.
Private Group Training
Do you have friends that would like to join your training? Cut costs by bringing a friend. There is a 2 person min, and 3 person max. This is a pay per session service.
Travel Personal Training
Are you constantly on the go and in need of your gym and trainer to come to you? We’ve got you covered! Please note traveling training includes the Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, and Gateway areas. an additional fee of $50.00 will be added if you are located locally outside of these areas. All long distance and out-of-state inquires should be emailed to info@powerathletes.us.
USAW Specialty Training
This training is specifically for learning Olympic Lifts, the snatch and clean & jerk. This is highly technical and sport specific. We accept beginner and advanced athletes.
Online Training
6, 8, and 12 week options available, weekly consultations via email, and direct line of communication via text with a 24-48 hour response time.
Single Day Group Training
If you would like to pop in during one of our group training sessions, a day pass is perfect for you.
Meal Guides
Our meal guides are suggestions based on your fitness goals and based on the information you provide our certified Nutrition Coach. Our meal guides are only suggestions, and meant to be used as such. If you have medical or special dietary needs, you should consult a physician or registered dietitian.
